Matt & Christine- Wedding at The Clark House,{Livingston, TN}
Matt and Christine were married at the beautiful Clark House in Livingston, TN on July 23rd.
Christine is from Germany her family carried on some wedding rituals and traditions. They had to work together to saw a log in half to show that they could accomplish a goal together, they also had to cut a heart out with scissors and it was so much fun to watch them with these fun projects.
So pleased I was apart of their special day to witness these events. Congratulations!

Ashley & Glen Engagement Session
I cannot wait to photograph Ashley & Glen's wedding in August. It is going to be so much fun! They are such a cute couple who radiate love! We had such a fun day traveling all across the countryside and I have to give a big thanks to my friends Wendy & Chris for allowing me to use their farm for these photos!
Tonya & Ken Herron
I had so much fun getting to know Tonya and Ken and their children. We first met taking their engagement session and family session at City Lake in Cookeville, TN. Their boys were so much fun to photograph and laugh with, we had a great time. Their wedding was in beautiful Look Out Mountain in Chattanooga at Pointe Park. I want to take a day trip back with my family and relax. You feel like you are on top of the world! It is such a high elevation and you can see for miles! We then drove back to Dunlap, TN for the reception at the Blue Orchid Bistro. Amazing food and atmoshpere!!! The caramelized banana and chicken dinner was scrumptious! (That is one of my favorite perks of being a photographer is sometimes getting to try the food and of course wedding cake! )Thank you for allowing me to share in your special day! Congratulations!
August & Kevin
I had the pleasure of photographing Kevin & Augusta's wedding on April 23 in Sparta, TN.
They had amazing decorations that were all handmade. I was so impressed with all the hard work and details that went into their wedding. They even had a table with vintage handkerchiefs for guest to take as a momento of their special day. I have one too! It was an amazing day and so glad I could share it with them. Congratulations!

Yummy Tomato Basil Soup for a rainy night
Yummy soup to warm your heart on a foggy, rainy night.
Ingredients
2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
18 fresh basil leaves, minced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup butter or margarine
Directions
In a large saucepan, bring the tomatoes and broth to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add basil and sugar. Reduce heat to low; stir in cream and butter. Cook until butter is melted.
This recipe was from http://www.allrecipies.com/
My own little twist on this delight:
**** I also have used one can crushed tomatoes and one large whipping cream container and it was really creamy, with one chicken bouillon cube and about 2 tbs basil and omit the butter, very good too!!
Serve with crusty bread and share with friends(if you are feeling like it, or you may want it all to yourself!!!)

Sweet Cheeks Galore!
I recently had the pleasure of photographing two sweet little cuties along with my own newborn in Crossville last week. They all January babies born on the 7th, 19th and 23rd. Mr. "C" and Miss "S" are first cousins so it was so much fun working with them and their mommies. At about 2:30 they all felt the urge to get fussy so we patiently all fed our little ones, did diaper changes and outfit changes and went back to playing photo shoots with them. The girls definitely do not like hats as you can see from my little Adrienne in the red hat. But all in all it was a fun day and we all slept well that night, babies included!
